Janis Miltenberger
Janis Miltenberger creates glass sculptures from her small studio on Washington state's Lopez Island. There she has found that working alone enhances her ability to focus and create narrative within her work. While her imagery is representational, the elements are meant as concepts, deposits which are distilled, and formed into allegorical objects.
